Best cappuccino in Copenhagen.
If there is one coffee shop in Copenhagen I hold dear to my heart, it’s my all-time favorite and beloved Kafferiet.
People I recommend going there and who haven’t tried it before, love it too. Maybe not as much as I do, but almost (which is a lot). The coffee shop is located close to some of the most beautiful attractions in Copenhagen. Gefion Fountain, Kastellet and The Little Mermaid. One of my favorite things while living in Copenhagen, was without a doubt strolling down Kastellet (one of the best preserved star fortresses in Northern Europe), admiring Gefion Fountain (my favorite sight in the capital), enjoying a freshly brewed cappucino or ice latte with a squeeze of caramel syrup. On warm nights I’d finish my little stroll by The Little Mermaid and the harbour.
I cannot wait ’till summer comes!
The coffee shop is tiny. There’s room for 6 people inside and the same outside, so the shop serves many to-go’s. If you’re hungry they serve a little selection of baked delicacies and some toasted panini sandwhiches.
And if you’re craving sweets, you can get that too.
The to-go cups have changed since we took the pictures, but the coffee hasn’t. Best coffee place in town (if you ask me!).
