Saying goodbye to 2014 made me a little bit nostalgic, because it also meant that the best year ever had come to an end. 2014 has been full of love and adventures – it really is amazing how many awesome things you can squeeze into just one year. Now I just have to do my best to make 2015 an fantastic year too.
Here are some of my travel hightlights.
In the beginning of 2014 I went to TEL AVIV to visit my hubby, who was working there.
I instantly fell it love with the city. The atmosphere, the vibrant nightlife with a lot of cool cafés, restaurants and bars. The food was extremely good. And The Dead Sea – I love it. Read more about my trip here and here.
During spring I spend some quality time with my mom in cozy Amstedam. A little shopping, some wine and a lot of very nice food. Find my mini travel guide to Amsterdam here.
In the spring my favorite co-blogger and I also went on a trip to BERLIN. It was an intense weekend. We have made a mini travel guide about places to eat, cultural sightseeing etc.

In the beginning of the summer we went to Tuscany to celebrate the love of our friends. Everything was beyond beautiful. The scenery, surroundings and the ceremony was so intimate. I seriously couldn’t stop crying.
After our wedding we went directly on honeymoon in BALI and GILI ISLANDS. It seriously is the most beautiful place I have ever been. I cannot wait to go back. See more photos here.
Paris with work. Salade Chévre Chaud and Ladurée is always a good idea.
In November we celebrated the love of some other good friends in JAMAICA. The ceremony took place in a botanical garden – do I need to say more? The beach was stunning and the water bluer than blue. Just what we needed. Stay tuned for more photos from this trip.
It’s so easy to forget what happened 6 or 12 months ago, so I really enjoyed looking back at all my former travel blog post and experience everything all over again. Now I can’t wait to plan some 2015 adventures.
Have you had some adventurous travels last year and have you planned anything exiting for 2015?
